Teacher: Mrs. Potter

Students who complete this college prep course will have knowledge and skills in the following areas: business and personal law, legal procedures and the range of legal remedies, social impact of legislation, sources and methods of legal research, the legal environment of personal and business transactions and the rights and duties of citizens, consumers, workers, and business owners. In addition to the course work, students will have the opportunity to attend a courtroom trial and visit a minimum/medium correctional facility. NOTE: This is a Tech Prep class.
