Homework

This is a college prep class! You will be required to do a lot of reading.

If you are gone on the day that notes are taken, you will either get them from another student or come in and copy from mine. Notes are required!

If you know that you will be gone in advance, the work must be completed before you leave unless we have made prior arrangements. THIS INCLUDES COLLEGE VISITS AND SCHOOL ACTIVITIES.

If you miss school the day a test is taken, you WILL NOT take the same test when you return. (No exceptions!) If you fail any test, you will be required to take a different test before or after school. If you don’t like your test score, you can always come in on your own time and take a different test. You will receive the best grade.

Grading

50% - Unit Tests
50% - Chapter assignments (one per chapter) – work sheets, quizzes, questions & cases

Grading scale:
(1) 94 – 100
(2) 86 – 93
(3) 78 – 85
(4) 70 – 77

The semester test will count as 10% of your semester grade.
