Chemistry is a program designed to help students see how chemical principles and concepts are developed from experimental observations and data, and how these principles can be used to explain phenomena in daily life as well as in the laboratory. In this course, special attention is given to problems we face today, and the attitudes, understanding, and skills that will help students analyze carefully and act wisely on issues that will confront us all as citizens in our technological world.
